2021 - HEALING THE POETRY OF G-D HEALING [*Parsha
Ki Tisa—the tragic idol wordship episode of the Golden calf—and the Tikun
offered by our other parsha we read—PARAH-----address the primal fallout from
being primally connected to G-d and the subsequent healing rectifications----these
poems seek to address this primal state of affairs**] Dear
seekers of the ultimate healing ----the state of being –referred to as G-d
Healing-----you know in a pure and pristine place in your soul that the
ultimate and really only place to go to is to the One who knows what you are
here for---is to let go and let G-d into to you more and more---and to live
inside of G-d ---immersion in the source---of course—you may be saying to
yourself---there is no other way---but that tricky voice inside can easily
send you down a path of confusion and illusion and dissolution ---and the
intrusion of the other-siders---dwelling side by siders with the real you
–and this can mislead you---and that's a sure sign that you must seek a way
to live inside of G-d and invite G-d to live inside of you and allow the
purity to pervade and the Infinity to parade it's endless dimensional
divinity ---it's liberating healing profound simplicity---and the healing
will find it's way inside of thee---and this deepest of truths ---you can
rely on implicitly and explicitly---and it will set you free LIVING
INSIDE OF GD *****living
inside of G-d is knowing that despite the vast distance that exists between
us I nevertheless know that there is no one closer to me there is no one who
loves me more there is no one who I can rely on more there is no one who I
can more easily talk to ******living
inside of Gd is living inside the realization that what I see in front of me
is by definition one small part of reality even when I think I know the whole
story ******living
inside of Gd is knowing that I and what I see is un-whole and incomplete and
that very incomplete, unwhole knowing places me on a path to wholeness ******living
inside of G-d is knowing that G-d is the epitome of allness of wholeness of
completeness in reality and whatever it is that I think that I see as being
the whole story is really only the smallest peek into Divine reality
AND THE
INFINITY LIBERATED HER ***she
closed her eyes to physical sight and her thoughts began to take flight and
she could see how all that was becomes all that will be ***and
she leapt into a place of infinity because there was no other place that she
wanted to be and the infinity liberated her thoughts and her words and
actions too and it was all that she could do from disappearing and
reappearing as something new and all the scatteredness unified and the chaos
became rectified DEEP
INSIDE THERE RESIDES A SANCTUARY OF PURITY deep
inside there resides a sanctuary of purity an
indestructible power point a
transcendent alignment a
defiant invincibility a
knowing place a
reservoir of truth a
future world perspective an all
is perfect as is being an
interconnected inter-inclusivity a face
that we know we can be a life
that is completely free an
inability to do anything bad ***we
can go there on the holy day if we
believe if we can receive maybe
we can go there every day if we
knew the recipe if we knew the way to be and
when we touch this sacred reality we
unleash a host of Angelic beings that
show us whole new ways of seeing that
give us a taste of eternity and
usher us into a sanctuary of purity I TRUST
YOU IMPLICITLY *****I
trust the process I trust You implicitly I trust all that I see is the best
thing for me *****I
trust the rose of my soul to grow quintessentially I trust Your hand to guide
me to become the ultimate being that I am meant to be *****I
trust that the blunders I make will all teach me better ways to go when I let
go of the inner noise that prevents me from hearing your constant guiding
advice that you send me at all times *****I
trust the One Above to shine His love constantly even when I cannot see Your
glorious majesty ****I
trust the light that always shines at the end of the darkest night that
always shines just beyond my deepest fright *****I
trust that Your Holy Land will reflect back to me who I am and who I need to
be *****I
trust your smile will soften the hardness of my hardened heart will sweeten
the bitterness and allow me to start anew YOU ARE

unleash inside of me the deepest passion you let

my deepest truth THE
POETRY OF DYING IN ORDER TO LIVE [**Parshat
Para --this week --comes as a tikun for the Golden Calf ---the self
nullification-- comes to heal the self indulgent idol worship ----a case of
dying in order to live**] Dear
fellow mystical explorers ---those of you who are learning the cosmic secret
that in order to partake of living—you must sometimes pass through the
corridor of dying…..dear astute ones……dear aware ones…..surely you have
noticed the principle of opposites and paradox that define our
existence…surely you have seen that in order to taste of the fruits of
light—you often must first immerse in the darkness…..and in order to unleash
healing in all of it's harmonious glory—you oftentimes must first live out
the story of brokenness---this you surely have seen--- is the recipe…..and as
they say –such is the way----give to the wise a small taste—and they will see
endless associations ….let's hope that the poetry will help us in the process
of integration of this inescapable recipe DYING
TO LIVE **rock
bottom is a state of being is a place of healing is a way of seeing that
there is nowhere to go anymore but up **dying
to live was all she could say she gave all he could give there was no other
way so she let it go come what may and she began to live ***Life
--in it's true sense is only accessed through dying we die into a brand new
world one life-time gives way to another ***Abraham
was told to let go of it all---- --his name, his fame, his wealth , his
identity and only then when all the externalities are dead and gone does
one's true essence live on ***and
the day becomes the night and the night becomes the day that is the pattern
there is no other way THE OLD
NOTION OF ALIVENESS PALES IN COMPARISON WITH THE NEW ONE **we
interface with the transitioning into the gray mist where the old notion of
aliveness pales in comparison with the new one **and
when we flirt with the image of a new un-familiar [and at the same time
-painfully familiar] all encompassing home world then suddenly all of the old
fears and concerns melt away into the inconsequential past **we
are born we die into a new birth headed towards a new death-birth constantly
indelibly inevitably **and
the pulse of life beyond life beckons...... a Heavenly Voice hiding in the shadows
reminds us invites us engrosses us captures us subtlely secretively
surreptitious-ly **show
us how to choose the most important selections how to go in the most
meaningful directions how to bond with the most loving connections **how
to be so alive that we have no doubt that all we do and say and think and
feel will plant seeds of endless purity and alive-ness and love and light
that will last forever PLEASE
GIVE ME VISION TO SEE WHERE ALL THIS LEADS [**a
prayer about LIFE --about being embraced by the One forever**] **I
extend to You my hand take me where you will take me across the seven Seas
take me to the Heavens and back show me the inner sanctum **lead
me into the Promised land where You go I will follow what You say I will do I
know that my life is all about I and Thou You will show me how I will do When
You call I'll come running **even
the Angels of Peace have no permission to be here in this holiest place in
this Divine embrace in the embrace of life in the embrace of trust in the
core desire of my Soul there is no other place I ever want to go **and
we learned the recipe a long time ago when you placed the crowns on our heads
and in our heads you taught us how to step inside of Paradise here on Earth
never to know dying again never to experience crying again **I
extend to You my essence sight unseen I know that never will there be such an
opportunity for such bliss again and all You ask is to take Your Hand sight

give me the vision to see where all this leads please give me the courage to
close my eyes and leap please give me the wisdom to know that You will set me

LIFE Dear
life kindlers…..dear precious begin again-ers…..dear darkness turned into
lifers….your image dances in front of my inner eyes today and all days….your
vision is the vision that we all need to draw from in order to light up the
dark exiles of our lives tonight and all nights…..share with us your insight
---about life and about being alive and about rekindling life---so deeply and
so profoundly that the aliveness will last forever and the decision to start
living again will carry us into a new year with no fear ---but only hope and
a craving to be so alive at all times ---that your very breath will breathe
life to anyone and everyone who comes your way ….may this new collection of
poetry rekindle our lives in ways we've never experienced before ….. RECONNAISSANCE
[**''He
takes them out from darkness and the shadow of death and breaks their
chains...'' [ Psalms 107 \ 14] ***there
are those chosen few who are tasked with the impossible mission to infiltrate
enemy lines to go with camouflaged disguise to sneak into the world of lies
to be spiritual reconnaissance spies and they take a careful look around and
keep an eye open for anything profound perhaps there is a lost soul that is
looking to be found ***and
the truly righteous ones know that they must leap into the mud come what may
to try to save a young seedling soul bud who can't seem to extricate who
can't seem to be liberated on their own unless they're shown by the ones who
have known the art of ratzo v'shov a sense of when to come and when to go by
the ones who truly know how to jump into the fire and come out somehow a
little bit higher not only to survive but to somehow thrive because that's
why they're alive to break the chains of darkness and pain again and again
and again THE
POETRY OF HEALING –MEDITATIONS, PRAYERS, AFFIRMATIONS,
TECHNIQUES and POETRY Dear
seekers of the healing-----the healing is everywhere to be
found----just because the One Above sees that the need is great and He can
relate---He really can ----so take His hand and walk with Him into the
flow----let go and let G-d---after all---isn't that the stuff
that healing is made up of----when all is said and done---and the Moon
and the Sun and everything and everyone that comes our
way are sources of the most beautiful healing ----if you
allow yourself to engage in seeing this special way ---because The
One who Created it all --- saw to it that everything should
come with it's healing built right in -------and
all we have to do, my friend---is to lift up our hands and ask to see and
receive in any way we can the healing flow---and the more that we
enhance our receiving with the expression of our soul---with
poetry and prayer and multiple-layers of creative openness---then He will
constantly allow us to be seeing and feeling the beauty and wonder of His
love filled healing---in everything that comes our way
COSMIC HEALING
PRAYERS ****Master
of the Universe Healer of all ******we
are divided ******we
are plagued by partiality *****we
are blinded by the confusion of opposition *****we
are often misled by specialists *****we
are narrow minded *****we
are too impetuous to properly hear the truth *****we
are often tired and bored of life *****we
are often unaware of your presence *****we
are confused by why you do what you do May the
words of our mouths and the meditations of our hearts be acceptable before
You INITIAL
SPIRITUAL HEALING MEDITATION FOR THOSE IN DESPAIR ****be
present-------------------be present with the despair that you are
feeling...........the despair of ever being able to pull yourself out of your
desparate situation. Don't hold back---feel the despair in all of it's
detail.....see how totally absorbed you have become in your
situation.........know that your darkness and your all-consuming absorption
and your despair, are your instinctual [often subconscious] way of trying to
protect yourself----so don't fight the despair at this stage---just be aware
of it---focus in as best as you can, on the one point or factor that's
causing you to be so sunk in the despair........... ***keep
focusing until it becomes as clear as possible that this is the central
point, more than all others............if you can, ask yourself why this
particular aspect bothers you the most. allow
the healing--------------------- allow
the healing to set in............ ***know
and intend that the very act of allowing yourself to experience in an unhindered
way, your despair and it's focal point, is the beginning of
the healing process............ ***accept
yourself and your present mind state just as you are........... allow
yourself to be free of any pressure to immediately change or transform.......... ***Know
that in your present state, Hashem is so very close to you, and is already
setting into motion, processes of infinite providential compassion just for
you------though you might not see these processes, just allow yourself to
accept that they are happening............ ***be
aware that where you are at right now, is where you are meant to be, and any
and every prayer, feeling of bitachon [trust in Hashem] or action that you
take to begin pulling yourself out of the darkness that you are in has
infinite value---no matter how small or insignificant your thought, feeling,
prayer or act may be----this is because the most miniscule bit of light can
banish the thickest darkness.......... ***know
that most of the time, the deeper the darkness, the more profound is the
entrapped light available to you............. be
aware that inside of any and every type of darkness, Hashem hides in that
place-----and to the extent that you can reveal Him, to that extent the darkness
melts away............. ***be
aware that you and countless others like yourself, have been in similar types
of darkness before, and have been redeemed from it countless
times......' ***Throw
your burden to Hashem and He will take care of you' ***************by
no means have we treated this subject in an exhaustive fashion [nor do i feel
that this is my area of expertise or endeavor in life].......... there is so
much more to be done in this area----but on the other hand we couldn't
totally ignore it......most people aren't normally in the midst of such
absolute states of darkness......rather most are found in some type of grey
area----the guiding principles that we brought, can be applied to any type of
suffering, even the grey shaded ones...... may all
suffering be wiped off INITIAL
SPIRITUAL FIRST AID FOR THE ABUSED MEDITATION be
present----------------be present with the abuse that you suffer in all of
it's detail. As painful as it is, don't hold back. Go through a typical
episode of abuse and notice the various levels of pain that you feel. Focus
in on the specific experience[s] that hurt more than all others. Keep
checking inside until it's very clear to you what bothers you the most about the
abuser and the abuse. If you can, ask yourself why this particular aspect
bothers you the most. allow the healing------------------ allow
the healing to begin........... know
and intend that the very act of allowing yourself to experience the pain, is the
beginning of healing.......... know
that the spiritual work that you are doing to focus in on the central point
of the pain, is of incredible benefit to you and will allow you to
completely heal that much faster and more
effectively........... know that
although the abusive person may certainly be almost incognito in the eyes of
almost all onlookers, Hashem sees everything........... know
that it's often the case that abuse victims are made to feel that they are
lesser human beings, and as a result, they seek out often in quiet
desperation, a way to compensate their sense of degradation, by demanding
love and acceptance in one way or another-------therefore, if these phenomena
ring true for you, know that they are your own natural and instinctual way of healing...... embrace
yourself, as you would a young helpless person in need...... accept
yourself and all of your feelings and behaviors just as you are, with no
guilt expectations...etc know
that Hashem loves you just as you are and is closer to you and to all those
who are oppressed like yourself, even more so than He is to non-oppressed
people.............. know
that although it's very hard to understand, nevertheless what you are going
through is ultimately the best thing for you...... in the
same way that you would want to help someone who came to you for help in
these circumstances, seek out help for yourself.... LIBERATION
FROM THE SHADOWS ***another
place another time ***echoes
rattle her deep inside ***then
maybe she could rescue ***and
with a trembling determination COUNTERPARTS ***Everyone
is a composite of many
sub-personalities a deep
feeling part a brilliant thinking part a calm
knowing part a restless seeking part and
many more soul-full parts ***every
time that we express one of
these parts very deeply, a
counterpart somewhere in this realm or in
some other realm is
activated is penetrated is
rejuvenated is innovated and if
we are truly fortunate they
come into our lives and the
joy we feel is boundless and the
fusion of our part with
our counterpart causes
to rain down healing in all realms near and far SOME HEALING TECHNIQUES 1. DIVINE
LIGHT HEALING Once
you have identified where the darkness or the block to a healthy psychic flow
is located in your life and in your body (sometimes this involves going into
earlier life traumas or even previous life traumas), then simply begin to
turn yourself and your intention into being a conduit for Infinite loving and
nurturing healing Divine Light energy. Then direct a
constant stream of light/energy to the effected part. Keep zapping
as long as you can or as long as the person still feels the need for more. An
entire group sending Divine Light to one person or to each other is
especially effective. 2. DARKNESS
BUSTING Collect
all of the negativities in your life that come into your mind into a big wax
ball in your mind’s eye. Just keep adding more and more little
pieces of darkness, pain, confusion, hurt etc. to the wax ball. Then
conjure up in your mind all of the various expressions of Divine Love, Healing and
Benevolence that you can think of (you can use the B.S.M.S. strategies
above). Focus on the principle taught to us by the Baal Shem Tov
that teaches that to the extent that you reveal Hashem inside the pain, the
pain disappears. With this thought in mind, start zapping these
various Divine expressions of Love, etc. as if they are laser beams of light,
into the darkness filled wax ball. Keep directing your laser beams
until all the darkness turns into pure light! 3. HELPLESS
CRYING DVAIKUT (Clinging to Hashem) While
emoting as much a possible, both internally and externally (crying, screaming,
jumping up and down, moaning, etc, go over in your mind, or orally, all of
the events of one or more than one dilemma, crisis or any other type of
difficulty that you are facing. Discuss all the efforts that you
have invested to try to solve your problem. When you get to the
point where you see that you have done all that you can do, and that it is
beyond your ability to solve the problem, you’ve arrived at the helpless
point. Now is the time to reach your emotional
crescendo and with a primal scream to Hashem, call out “I CANT DO IT – PLEASE
DO IT FOR ME HASHEM”. This exercise can be done
very effectively and powerfully with an entire group Each
person chooses their own private darkened corner of the room and begins to
emote. Then
they all come together after a designated time to help each other process. 4. UNIFICATION HEALING Here
the basic principle is to offset or heal the weaker side or half of a pair
with a meshing or fusion of the stronger corresponding half. Therefore
focus on the weaker side of the pair (example: the left brain as
opposed to the right brain, or fallen desires as opposed to rectified ones,
or a fear as opposed to a corresponding strength, or a traumatic time in your
life as opposed to a very self assured time). Begin
to draw down energetically the strength and power from the stronger one of
the pair and enmesh the two together until the weaker side begins to feel
stronger and reinforced. If the
situation involves two personalities, have the stronger of the two reassure
their weaker partner. In a
group situation have all the members of the group draw upon their stronger
side to heal the designated person’s weaker side. 5. TURKEY HEALING A
dysfunctional part of yourself will definitely inhibit a free flow.Liberating
the dysfunction, or “turkey”, reopens the channel for full physic
flow. The healing principle and the name “turkey”, comes from
Rebbe Nachman’s story entitled “the Turkey Prince”. A
prince, thinking he was a turkey, sat cockling and pecking his food while he
was totally naked underneath the table. A wise
sage eventually healed the turkey with the following steps a. Radical
non-judgmental acceptance of the turkey just as he is (so much so, that the
sage convinced this prince that he the sage, was a turkey just like him). b. Take
very slow, but deliberate “baby steps” towards bringing the “turkey” to a
complete recovery. On the ground, when turkey healing, one has to make
a very great effort to lovingly embrace the person and their dysfunction
(turkey) just as they are. This is
the key to the healing process. To the
extent that the person feels your unconditional acceptance, they will begin
to heal. 6. SOUL
BODY HEALING This healing method
is based on the idea that the body knows what the soul needs in order to
heal. Sometimes
the body overcompensates, and becomes very protective; for
example, a person with chronic fatigue will only be able to function minimally
so that the person doesn’t get abused, hurt or otherwise harmed. We
would tell the body that we will strike a deal with you and if you release
the person from their chronic fatigue, we will create a strategy whereby the
person will be safe from harm. Therefore, do the following: Choose
any bodily ache, pain or illness. Contemplate
what this pain or illness is intent on protecting in your life. Next,
contemplate an alternative way to protect yourself other than the
illness. Speak
to the bodily pain and convince it that you are taking over from here and you
won’t need its services any more, but that you really appreciate its services
that its done to help. The
body won’t always be so willing to listen, so you must be consistent and
persuasive. 7. RAV
OOSHER’S PUPPET SHOW HEALING Rav
Oosher (Zatzal) over the years had countless people seeking his healing help. Most of
them were very miserable and depressed. They felt that they were
victims of people’s manipulations and bad luck. Rav Oosher taught
them to reframe their perspective and view life as a puppet show. All of
the bad fortune and abusive people in their lives are merely G-d’s puppets
meant to direct them towards their rectification and enlightenment. The
results of this reframed perspective were breathtakingly astounding. Here’s
what to do: Identify
a situation in your life where you feel that you are the victim of bad people
and bad fortune. Bring
into your mind an awareness that every aspect of these people and this bad
fortune is merely a display custom sent from on High in order to direct you
towards the next level of your growth. Therefore don’t take
personally what this person or circumstance is doing against you – they are
only puppets. This
technique is a consciousness – be patient. It
takes a long time to reap the maximum benefit from it. Nevertheless,
without a doubt, its got the power to transform your life. 8. SEFIROTIC
LIFE BODY HEALING The
idea here is that there is a direct correlation between the events of our
lives and our Sefirotic health. If one
Sefira is out of wack, then that area of life will also be out of wack; for
example: If a
person has chronic pain in their left leg, that points to some
disfunctionality in the HOD area of their life. HOD corresponds to
the left leg. HOD is the Sefirotic character trait that
corresponds to our capacity to enable others to do their best. If
this enabling process is too strong or too weak, or is being abused by
others, then there is a good chance that this person will suffer in a part of
the body that corresponds to HOD, such as the left leg. Here’s
what to do: Focus
on a part of your body which is giving you trouble. Identify
the body part’s Sefirotic correspondence. (I understand that many
people don’t have this knowledge. In case you are interested,
please consult me regarding the Sefirot correspondence to your effected body
part.) Now
identify the corresponding Sefirotic aspect of your life. Adjust
this Sefirotic aspect of your life to be aligned and in balance with all the
other Sefirotic aspects of your life. 9. GILGUL
(REINCARNATION) HEALING The
principle here is as follows: A very
large part of who we are, who we associate with, the challenges which we go
through, our stations in life, etc etc, are a direct result of a trans-life
perfection process. What we didn’t get right in previous lifetimes
is what we will be challenged with in this life. The way
to identify reincarnation based aspects of our life, is to take inventory of
the unique people and situations that we find ourselves in. Then
view these people and situations as being the direct result of what we have
come into this life to rectify. The healing process
happens when we take action in the proper way in response to these challenges
which are thrown at us. Here’s
what to do: Identify
a unique challenge that you find yourself in life. View
this challenge as being the result of a similar challenge that we didn’t
quite get right in a previous life time. Ask
Hashem to enlighten you as to what you are meant to do in order to get it
right this time. (This dialogue with Hashem can also be enacted in
a written manner. Write
to Hashem your question, and write what you think He will answer back to
you.) Carry
on in this way with all the different people and challenges in your life.
THE
POETRY OF THE BEAUTY OF LETTING GO [malka pls let me know when
you get this] Dear
allowers allowing the spontaneous to embrace you……allowing
the unexpected to pervade your consciousness…..allowing the letting go to
guide you in the dark…..allowing the resonation to make your
choices…..allowing the letting G-d to help you arrive at your
destination----wherever that may be…..let go of the expectations---you won't
need them in this state of being----let go and free yourself up to be lit up
by brand new sensations—enabling you to do and say and move and
feel in ways you never have before…..let go of the overwhelm----it's message
has nothing to sell to you here on the peeks of Mount Let Go ----it has no
role to play here in the land of acceptance---dive into the Sea
of vulnerability and watch and you will see how others begin to show their
true selves for you to touch and see….let go and let G-d take you
by the hand to unknown regions of you mind----and you will find a profound
kindness pervading your life –at all times TOSSED
UP ONTO A CLOUD **The
lines on her face were gone now.... **The
voices inside are stilled.... **The
people in her life **The
plans she now makes **The
eyes that she kept SHE LET GO
and it all gets to
be too much a place
called overwhelm becomes
her constant
companion she can't
fathom how it
could be any other way as she prepares to step
into her brand
new day
and of course she will
survive it's
what she does best like
all the rest of the
times and she's
rehearsed her
lines so well that she doesn't
even need to
think of the words as they
cross her lips and she picks herself
up she copes she hopes no one
will see that
deep down she's
sinking in an
ocean of
quiet misery of
silent monotony this is
not the way
her life was
meant to be
and at the crack of dawn when
the stars begin to fade an
inspired thought comes
to visit and it
feels exquisite a new
possibility a new
way to live her
reality how
could it be that she didn't
see this long
ago and so she lets go that's
all she needs
to know and her
life begins to flow out of
the old realm out of
the overwhelm
and G-d takes her by the hand and
shows her the promised land in
every step she takes she no
longer dreads the day or the
words she will say she lets go for
G-d's sake she's
now truly awake she's
now truly awake
TO
TRULY GIVE UP CONTROL ..what
would it be like ..the
thought has ..I
think it would be ..I
think I would have to ..and a
distant light ..and
if you're truly worthy THE LOVE WE
GIVE We
surrender THE
LAND OF SUBMISSION ~~~~here
in the land of submission ~~~~all
the voices are in harmony ~~~~
and you and me DARING
TO SHOW YOUR INNER TRANSPARENCY ***showing
yourself to the world ***Don't
worry let the words flow freely LET GO LET LOVE open up
your lips jump in
the well , and
your fear ignites his fear take
his hand a place
where his Divine light take
his hand but I
hear that He
awaits patiently The
